These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website masagesse.fr, published via Wix, as well as the conditions for booking and provision of services offered by MASAGESSE, a Thai massage and wellness practice.
By using the site, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

View Thai massage and wellness services
Request appointments
Book or pay online via Wix Payments, Stripe or PayPal (secured by SSL)
Contact the firm
The services are strictly non-medical and non-therapeutic, and do not replace any medical follow-up.
3. Access to the site
Access is free.
MASAGESSE cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors or malfunctions related to Wix or external causes.
4. Services – Reservations – Cancellations
4.1 Reservation
Appointments can be made:
Via the Wix booking system
By phone or email
On-site at the office
4.2 Cancellation
Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the service may be charged in full.
4.3 Nature of services
The massages are strictly for wellness purposes.
No medical, therapeutic, physiotherapy, osteopathic or sexual acts are performed.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.
4.4 Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following services:
executed on the chosen date
or started with the client's agreement
By booking a session, the client agrees that the service will be performed on the chosen date and waives any right of withdrawal.
4.5 Minors
Services for minors require the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros including VAT and may be changed at any time.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of booking.
Payments can be made:
On site (cash, credit card)
Online via Wix Payments, Stripe or PayPal
Online payments are secured by SSL encryption, and no banking data is stored by the firm.
6. Responsibility
The client is responsible for their state of health and must inform the practitioner of any contraindications.
MASAGESSE cannot be held responsible:
a technical problem related to Wix or the Internet
of external content accessible via links
of a virus or intrusion beyond its control
events of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, technical failures, etc.)
Professional insurance : MASAGESSE is covered by professional liability insurance for all of its services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (texts, photos, logos, graphics…) is protected by copyright.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without written permission.
8. Personal Data (GDPR)
Data collected: name, phone number, email address, booking information
Purposes: appointment management, customer communication, accounting obligations
The data is hosted by Wix and complies with the GDPR.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
For any unresolved dispute, the client may resort to a consumer mediation service (e.g., Mediation Commission or mediator chosen by the firm).
